It was designed by Houston-based Meeks+Partners architects.

The apartment building includes 384 units ranging from 682 square feet one bedrooms to 1,479 square feet three bedrooms, and include private balconies and optional storage. Also available with select units are “tuck-under” garages that will enable residents to access their units directly from their own private garage. The units have smart home features, stainless steel kitchen appliances, walk-in closets, quartz countertops, kitchen islands and bars, garden tubs and freestanding showers, and full-size washer and dryer.
The property features resort-style amenities including a centralized leasing center, clubhouse, collaborative work room, fitness center and yoga studio, two-tiered pool with cabana grill, game room, an expansive dog park with wash area, and tree-lined entries.
