Jefferson Center

Located Northwest of Austin in the city’s high technology corridor, this unique mixed-use community features tree-lined streets, broad sidewalks, a wealth of retail and vibrant architecture with bold angles and details, lively colors and non-conventional roof lines.

The community includes 415 residential units with a wide variety of floor plans that range from efficiency studios and lofts to spacious three bedroom plans. The units feature large kitchens and closets and offer both attached and detached direct access garages.

In addition to a wide variety of retail located on-site, the community also features a wealth of amenities that include an on-site gift shop, Olympic pool with aqua lounge, a poolside cabana, cyber-café, a gourmet teaching kitchen and numerous outdoor courtyards.
