M+P responded, in conjunction with Hunt Building Corporation, to the Army’s RCI (Residential Communities Initiatives) Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to privatize the housing at Fort Polk, Louisiana.

The project will include the renovation and replacement of 3,640 units. Approximately 26% of the units will be new construction. The unit mix calls for a variety of single family and multifamily home plans with two to five bedrooms.

The single family Officer’s Residences will range in size from 2,520 to 4,000 square feet. The 4,000 square foot plan is the General Officer’s residence. The multifamily duplexes will range in size from 1,500 to 1,800 square feet.
