Set on 29 acres near FM 620 and Anderson Mill Road, the project concept is designed to create an atmosphere to give residents and visitors a small Italian village shopping experience with its wide sidewalks, awnings over windows, plazas, and rear alley-loaded parking spaces to remove car presence.
