Located across from a new Arnold Palmer Signature golf course and near a protected migratory bird reserve, the property is surrounded by a one-mile public boardwalk. The resort will provide access to boats in the bay by including a marina, fishing piers and boat slips.

Four residential buildings will offer 94 luxury units that feature a variety of two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 1,441 square feet to 1,830 square feet. In addition, eight four-bedroom/three-and a half-bath penthouses will offer 2,584 square feet, respectively. The four-level buildings will rise above structured parking on a 3.5-acre footprint.

Planned for those who enjoy a relaxed resort lifestyle, the design objective was to stimulate and encourage occupants interaction and with the outdoor environment. To do so, it was critical that people be immersed into the resort upon arrival and connect with the water, the beach and marina. Guests drive along a winding motor court and stop before an open entrance where they catch a first glimpse of an infinity-edge pool and the Gulf beyond. The buildings flank the open space where glass doors open to a clubhouse and reception on the east and a club and bar on the west.

Open stairs on either side lead to three levels of recreational amenities that include a game room with billiards card tables and game systems, Internet cafe with gourmet coffee bar and state-of-the-art fitness center. The third level features a large deck, serving as gathering place for residents and offering extraordinary views of the marina, bay, canals, beaches and golf course.

The architecture reinforces the recreational backdrop by fronting the Gulf waters on the south side and Corpus Christi Bay along the north side. Each unit is designed to maximize the Gulf and bay views. The exterior, composed of stucco, siding and a metal roof, is purposely simple to enhance the tropical lifestyle.
