Located in the Farmers Branch section north of downtown Dallas and within walking distance of The Galleria shopping complex, this urban infill development will contain 337 apartment that achieves a density of 46.8 units per acre.

The planning objectives were to maximize density on a tight site while maintaining an open feel throughout. To do so, the residential development was broken into three separate building groups, each encased by an outdoor courtyard. A five-story structured parking garage that provides 507 spaces connects residents directly to their homes via pedestrian bridges.

The international-styled community blends classical lines and contemporary details to characterize the architecture’s urban edge while retaining traditional elements overall. The interplay of stonework on the first level with two stories of brickwork topped with stucco and steel elements accentuate earth tones and contrast with the sharp lines of metal elements.

A motor court leads to a porte cochère and into a 8,236 square-foot clubhouse. The glass front entrance opens to a large gallery with a direct view to the courtyard beyond. The modern space features a two-story vaulted ceiling and a curved corridor with unique lighting to display artwork. Resident amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga room, a Cyber café, kitchen, business center, clubroom, conference center, mail room and laundry room.

Located behind the clubhouse, a large central courtyard provides an exterior living space that offers a swimming pool with fountain and spa, outdoor fireplace, metal-framed arbors and a wood deck.

Open floorplans, that range in size from 657 to 1,244 square feet for one- and two-bedroom apartments feature hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and 10-foot ceilings.
