Apartments range in size from 709 to 1,037 square feet for a one-bedroom and one-bath; and 1,092 to 1,202 square feet for a two-bedroom and two-bath unit. Open floorplans feature stained concrete and hardwood flooring, large glass transom windows and Art Deco style lighting, exposed spiral ducts in living rooms and kitchens with black slate flooring, stainless steel appliances and contemporary blonde cabinets.

All units include a 42-inch Plasma TV, washer dryers and custom finishes. Penthouses feature 10-foot ceilings while ground-level units offer 13-foot ceilings. All apartments facing the freeway have triple-paned windows.

A 6,700 square-foot clubhouse offers a demonstration gourmet kitchen, a fully appointed Internet café and premier exercise facility. Locker rooms provide residents changing areas, showers and saunas. The main courtyard features a sunning ledge, a resort-style pool and infinity spa with cascading water features, mosaic tile wall, an outdoor entertaining kitchen and lounge areas.

The development incorporates built-up roofs with parapet walls, brick, stucco, split-face CMU and large storefront windows. The podium structure places the apartments on top of a private, cast-in-place post tension garage, lifting the units above grade. This allows residents to park on the level on which they live.

Three elevators, including one freight, will provide access to each level and to the community center. The garage exterior will incorporate metal grills with steel mesh infill to hide the structure from view.
