The design consists of 100 hotel rooms, 300 condominiums and retail space available on the ground floor. A medical facility is also included in the design to accommodate the needs of the residents and vacationers.

Approximately eighty percent of the condominiums have two bedrooms and include approximately 1,076 square feet of living space. The remaining twenty percent are three-bedroom units and are 1,184 square feet in size.
