This luxurious condominium development by Kepro Costa Brava, S.A. is designed to both emulate and complement the surrounding “old world” S’Agaró neighborhood, which includes the famous La Gavina Hotel.

The community consists of six buildings, each containing twelve units with views of the Mediterranean Sea. The unit mix consists of two- and three-bedroom units that range in size from 860 to 1,076 square feet.

The entire development is highlighted with strong resort/hotel-style amenities such as shaded gazebos, a magnificent pool area, and a cypress lined pergola.
