Set on a steep hillside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in S’Agaró, Spain, El Mirador Townhomes were designed to give the appearance of a colorful mountain village. A new, “California (U.S.A.) style” color palate of salmon tinted stucco and deep green trim was selected for the exteriors of the townhomes.

The development is equally comprised of two- and three-bedroom units, each with a one-car garage and a spacious terrace. The townhomes range in size from 860 to 1,076 square feet and feature interior designs with a contemporary, yet distinctly Mediterranean, feel.
