The design goal was to provide a unique mix of urban living opportunities that relates to the surrounding context of the city, yet provides an oasis for its residents. The 367 luxury apartments are strategically placed throughout the 7.6-acre site to maximize the density and usage that the long, narrow site presents. The one- two- and three-bedroom units range in size from 582 to 1,430 square feet, and feature such luxurious amenities as 9- to 17-foot ceilings, large expansive windows, oversized walk-in closets, and condo-quality finishes.

The community features private courtyards, each with a unique fountain focal point; a luxurious clubhouse with a designer kitchen for entertaining, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center, game room and movie theatre. Residents can enjoy a resort-style pool and spa with lush landscaping, private cabanas, outdoor fireplace seating and barbecue areas.

In planning the community, the development team utilized the structured garage concept to resolve the parking needs. In this concept, the residential apartments partially surround a multi-story parking garage, thus hiding most of it from view and allowing the residents to park and live on the same level. On the other side of the property offers a more urban feel with work/live lofts fronting First Street.
