Inherent to the community’s design is a design concept known as the “above grade wrap concept,” that cuts building costs while winning resident praise. Two aboveground, multi-level parking garages with pedestrian bridges connecting residents to their homes were strategically placed toward the back of the site. The units were then designed to encircle the garages, obscuring them from view, and enabling the residents to park and live on the same level, providing an easy access to their units and safety for the residents, while keeping construction costs down for the builder.

The community has 535 units ranging in size from 635 to 1,482 square feet. A lavish two-story 8,000 square foot clubhouse, with a spectacular great room and bar, game room, screening room, fireside library, and chef’s kitchen is designed for residents’ entertainment and relaxation. In addition, a 3,000 square foot recreation building is located beside the resort-style pool.
