Serving as a vacation destination on Mustang Island - a barrier island off the south Texas coast - the new condominium development is located 30 minutes from Corpus Christi and 11 miles south of Port Aransas.

The intent of Urban Garden is to provide a level of quality and amenities comparable to a high-rent urban project, while keeping construction costs less than a typcial garden apartment.
Through code analysis, we saw an opportunity to reduce the gross square footage of the building while retaining the same rentable area.
